Cautions on Stable Iodine Tablets

From the 9th of July 2012, immigration system will be changed. Zairyu Card will take place of the alien registration
card, and re-entry permit will not be required if you are coming back to Japan within one year.

Immigration Office in Koriyama will start operation in their NEW LOCATION
ZTo go to the new Immigration office, you need to ride a bus for about 25 minutes.
From Koriyama Station, please take a bus to "Kibogaoka" and get off at "Kibogaoka Iriguchi"bus stop.

JLPT Application will be Open soon
Applications for the Japanese Language Proficiency Test of July 1 will be open on April 2.
Deadline of application is May 2. If you are taking the test, please get the 500yen application forms and

Compensation from the TEPCO (Tokyo Electric Power Company)
Everyone who lived in Iwaki on the 11th of March 2011 will receive an envelope which says TEPCO 東京電力,
If you haven't, please call 0120-993-724 (9am-9pm) immediately. If you are not 18 years or younger, or if you were
not pregnant as at the March 11 Earthquake, you will receive 80,000yen. Please be sure to fill the forms and send
them back to TEPCO.
And, once you get the envelope, please visit the TEPCO Iwaki Office. Their staff will help you filling in the forms and
accept your application. The office is near the crossing with underground pedestrian on the Iwaki Station Street,
ground floor of Meiji Yasuda Seimei Building. TEL: 0246-22-8841  9am-5pm, open everyday

県民健康調査(けんみん けんこう ちょうさ)=Medical Survey for Fukushima Citizens=
If you receive an envelope from Fukushima Prefectural Government, it is Medical Questionnaire to measure how
much radiation you were exposed between March 11 and July 11. If you have difficulty reading and filling in the
questionnaire, please refer to the English translation and fill in the Japanese format,
